Sarangani Province is one of the poorest provinces in the Philippines. Believing on the idea that education pulls people out from poverty, QUEST, a program managed by Anne, revolutionized its education efforts to improve the access and quality of basic elementary and secondary education in the province which significantly resulted to increase in participation rate from 67% to 85%, completion rate from 41% to 57% and achievement rate from 46% to 75% in 6 years time.
